About Me

Hello and welcome to my website!

I’m excited for you to find inspiration here to help you with your scrapbooking and photo organization projects!

As a Creative Memories advisor for over 20 years, I’ve helped folks create albums of all kinds and have lots of expertise to share with you! What brought me to Creative Memories in 2001 was my love of taking photos (I’m always the one at events taking pictures) and my desire to keep them and the memories surrounding them safe for my family to enjoy (I was a journal-keeper from way back). Becoming a Creative Memories advisor was a perfect way to merge those interests together and being a former high school teacher, I felt perfectly comfortable sharing the ‘how tos’ of album making through classes, workshops and one-on-one meet ups.

That still holds true today! I’ve completed 100+ albums for my family and as gifts for friends while sharing my love of CM products. One favorite album I created was for my daughter’s 16th birthday, where I asked female friends and family members share photos, well wishes and wisdom so I could put them together for her to enjoy (see photo below). Another was for my husband’s 50th birthday, where I gathered photos and 50 reasons to celebrate him from his friends and family. I continue to enjoy documenting the day-to-day events for our family as well as working on special projects for the people around me to enjoy! I am very grateful for my scrapbooking community where we continue to learn from each other and share life and laughs while creating albums filled with photos and memories of those we love.

The silver lining in the recent pandemic has been my discovering how to conduct virtual scrapbooking events where we meet on-line as we work on our albums. And, as a result of these virtual events, my customer group has grown from being just local to including folks from all over the U.S. and Canada! I enjoy hosting these informal, virtual gatherings as well as conducting seasonal extended virtual events that include challenges, classes and demonstrations. In the future, for those nearby, we will have seasonal, in-person scrapbooking events in my dedicated home workshop. A bonus I offer for attending events (or placing an order through my CM website) is being invited to join my VIP Facebook group, Cauchon's Croppers, where you receive sneak peeks at CM promos and new products, exclusive events and more.  So, be sure to subscribe to my mailing list to learn more about upcoming events join in the fun!

Personally, I grew up on the South Shore of Massachusetts and lived in Boston for many years before moving to Attleboro, MA over 20 years ago. I’ve worked as a college admissions counselor, high school biology teacher, full-time mom, health and wellness coach and today, enjoy a very flexible schedule as an empty nester, certified aromatherapist and Creative Memories advisor. I have dabbled in many different crafts, including sewing, knitting/crocheting and jewelry making but most of the space in my workshop is devoted to paper crafts, including scrapbooking (of course!), rubber stamping and adventures using my Cricut. My husband and I are self-professed foodies and enjoy travel, nature, and regular visits from our daughter, who is an elementary school teacher in the Boston area. A big shout out to her for setting up this website!

So, no matter where you are in your photo preservation and album making journey, I hope you’ll choose to stay in touch by joining my mailing list (I promise you'll only get two to three per month from me) and signing up for one of my events very soon!

Looking forward to hearing from you!
